Interior Car Detailing in Rochester, NY
Pricing
- Small (coupes, sedans, hatchbacks)
- $175+
- Medium (crossovers, small SUVs, trucks)
- $200+
- Large (full-size SUVs, vans, 3-row)
- $225+
Most vehicles land close to these figures. Every vehicle is priced separately, and condition is what moves the number. We confirm your total with you before any work starts.
That is where the price starts for the size. Heavy pet hair, ground-in salt, or a vehicle that has not been cleaned in years takes longer and costs more, and we tell you what and why before we start, never after.
What moves the price
Condition
Add-ons are extras you choose. These are what the vehicle arrives with, and each one adds time, so it can take a detail above its starting figure. How much depends on how much there is. We look first and confirm the total with you before any work starts.
- Pet hair
- Road salt
- Sand
- Stains
- Food and drink spills
- Kids' mess
- Dirty headliner

What's included
- Full vacuum
- Seats, carpets, mats, trunk, and every seam. Under the seats, the seat rails, and the gap beside the console, where most of it actually is.
- Pet hair removal (if needed)
- Embedded hair gets pulled with rubber tooling rather than vacuumed at. It is slow work, so how much there is affects the price, and we tell you before we start.
- Carpet and upholstery shampoo
- Cleaner is agitated into the fibers and lifted back out with what it loosened, rather than left to dry and come back as a stain.
- Salt extraction
- Road salt does not vacuum out. It is dissolved and drawn back out of the carpet, which is the difference between a vehicle that looks clean in April and one with white rings in it.
- Steam cleaning (if needed)
- Vents, cupholders, seat rails, buttons and trim seams, plus the bacteria behind most lingering smells. Not every vehicle needs it, and we do not charge when it does not.
- Leather and vinyl cleaned and conditioned
- Cleaned, then fed a conditioner so it stays supple. Untreated leather cracks along the bolsters in a Rochester winter, and that damage does not come back.
- Door jambs, weather stripping, and windows
- Jambs and the rubber around them collect grime you only see with the door open. Windows finish streak-free, including the inside of the windshield where haze builds up.
- Plastics, trim, and console detailed
- Dash, doors and console left with a clean matte finish, not a greasy shine that throws glare into the windshield.
How it goes
The process
Walkthrough
We look at the vehicle with you, flag anything that might not come out fully, like a set-in dye stain, and confirm your price before any work starts.
Dry pass
Everything comes out, gets vacuumed, and pet hair is pulled. Doing this completely before any water touches the vehicle is what separates a detail from a wipe-down.
Wet pass
Shampoo and salt extraction on carpets and cloth, steam on hard surfaces and tight spots where it is needed, then leather cleaned.
Protect and finish
Leather and vinyl conditioned, plastics dressed, glass cleaned, jambs wiped. We walk it with you before we pack up.
Questions about interior detailing
Do you charge extra for pet hair?
Light shedding is usually covered by the starting price for your size. Heavily embedded hair takes far longer to pull, so it moves the price up, and we tell you before we start, not after.
How long until I can use the vehicle again?
Right away. Carpets are damp rather than wet after extraction and usually dry within a few hours, quicker with a window cracked or the heat running.
Will cigarette or smoke smell come out?
Usually most of it, sometimes all of it. Smoke gets into the headliner, the vents and the cabin filter, so the more of those we can treat the better. Tell us up front and we will be straight about what to expect.
